In our corporate careers, we loved the energy and creativity of smaller firms, but struggled with their lack of polish.
When we started Matchstick, we kept the big-company polish, discarded the big-company behavior that frustrated us, and created an engagement experience that is low friction, high touch, and patent-leather polished.
We don’t have business development or sales people, sales budgets, or sales targets. Clients find us through word of mouth and we work collaboratively to frame out problems and approaches.
We don’t show up for the first meeting to razzle-dazzle, only to disappear and hand the project off to others. We’re a small team of “A” players – and every client project enjoys interaction with one of the Principals throughout.
Drug delivery devices are all that we do; we focus on our craft. We understand them broadly – from users, to technologies, to the molecules that they need to deliver, to the business cases that support their development.
We speak plain English, not jargon. We don’t have some fancy proprietary process that creates dependency on our involvement forever. We are plainspoken, to the point, and direct.
